Information we collect

Replora collects the account information you provide, connection details needed to link authorized Google Business Profile locations, and limited product usage information required to operate and improve the service.

Google user data

When you connect Google, Replora accesses only the data you authorize. We use it to show your business locations and reviews, prepare response drafts, and publish a reply only when you direct us to do so. We do not sell Google user data.

How we use information

We use information to provide, secure, support, and improve Replora; communicate important product notices; and comply with applicable law.

Data retention and security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. Connected content is retained only as needed to provide the service and in accordance with applicable platform requirements. You may disconnect Google access at any time.

Your choices

You can request access, correction, or deletion of your information by contacting us. You can also revoke Replora’s Google access from your Google Account settings.
