Using Replora

You may use Replora only for business profiles that you own or are authorized to manage. You are responsible for your account, your connected locations, and the accuracy and appropriateness of replies you approve.

Review replies

Replora provides AI-assisted drafts. You must review each response before publishing and ensure that it follows Google’s policies, applicable law, and your own customer service standards.

Connected services

Replora depends on third-party services, including Google Business Profile. Your use of those services remains subject to their terms and policies, and their availability may affect Replora features.

Acceptable use

You may not use Replora for unauthorized access, deceptive activity, spam, harassment, unlawful content, or any action that violates a connected platform’s policies.

Service changes

Replora is currently offered as an early-access service. Features may change as the product develops. We may suspend access when needed to protect users, the service, or connected platforms.
